5. a) Hoe zal België zijn belofte waarmaken inzake de verklaring van Rio+20 § 225: " Countries reaffirm the commitments they have made to phase out harmful and inefficient fossil fuel subsidies that encourage wasteful consumption and undermine sustainable development" ? b) Bent u bereid een studie te laten uitvoeren naar subsidies in België die (mogelijk) milieuschadelijk zijn zodat op basis van dat document maatregelen en een strategie uitgewerkt kunnen worden om dit deze nadelige effecten teniet te doen? c) Hoe rijmt u dat met uw " plan Wathelet" , namelijk de subsidiëring van de gascentales?
5. a) Comment la Belgique respectera-t-elle l'engagement pris dans le cadre de la déclaration de Rio+20, § 225: " Les pays qui se sont engagés à éliminer progressivement les politiques dommageables et inefficaces de subventionnement des combustibles fossiles réaffirment leur engagement, ces subventions favorisant le gaspillage et compromettant le développement durable" ? b) Êtes-vous disposé à faire réaliser une étude sur les subventions (potentiellement) préjudiciables à l'environnement en Belgique afin de pouvoir, sur cette base, prendre des mesures et élaborer une stratégie pour neutraliser ces effets dommageables? c) Comment comptez-vous concilier cette démarche avec le " plan Wathelet" , c'est-à-dire avec le subventionnement des centrales au gaz?
