Dank zij de steun voor een bedrag van 300.000 ecu van ECHO zal de Duitse NGO German Agro Action de belangrijkste levensmiddelen verstrekken aan ongeveer 35.000 vluchtelingen in het kamp van Cacuaco (provincie Bengo).
Grâce à l'aide d'ECHO de 300.000 ECU, l'ONG allemande German Agro Action donnera à quelque 35.000 personnes déplacées du camp de Cacuaco(province de Bengo)les biens de première nécessité.

De actie wordt uitgevoerd door zes niet-gouvernementele organisaties : Action Internationale Contre la Faim (240.000 ecu), SOS Kinderen (120.000 ecu), Inter Aide (400.000 ecu), Agro Action (950.000 ecu), Kinderen van de Wereld mensenrechten (150.000 ecu) en Artsen Zonder Grenzen Nederland (140.000 ecu) * * *
Six organisations Non Gouvernementales mettront en oeuvre l'action. Dit bedrag wordt besteed aan onderdak, essentiële goederen (zoals pannen), levensmiddelen, en hygiënische maatregelen en verzorging; de uitvoering is in handen van drie NGOs die met ECHO samenwerken: Norwegian Church Aid (400.000 ecu), Danish Refugee Council (150.000 ecu) en German Agro Action (300.000 ecu).
L'aide d'urgence comprenant des abris, des biens essentiels y compris des poêles, des aliments et la prestation de soins sanitaires et de services sera réalisée par trois ONG partenaires d'ECHO: Norwegian Church Aid (400.000 ECU), Danish Refugee Council (150.000 ECU) et German Agro Action (300.000 ECU).
