Iedere « representatieve vakorganisatie » (lees : elk van de drie kleurvakbonden) vaardigt een aantal leden af in verhouding tot haar aantal bijdrageplichtige leden ten opzichte van het totaal aantal personeelsleden dat bij een representatieve vakorganisatie is aangesloten.
Chaque « organisation syndicale représentative » (à savoir: chacun des trois syndicats associés à un parti politique) propose un nombre de membres proportionnel au nombre de ses affiliés cotisants parmi le nombre total des membres du personnel affiliés à une organisation syndicale représentative.
