In dit verband zij gewezen op aanbeveling 26b in het actieplan ter bestrijding van de georganiseerde criminaliteit om het witwassen van geld in zo ruim mogelijke zin als misdrijf aan te merken, alsmede naar het hoofdstuk "Justitie en binnenlandse zaken" van het programma van het Oostenrijkse Raadsvoorzitterschap, waarin staat: "Austria will also be urging all the Member States to recognise all serious crimes as predicate crimes for money laundering" (amendement 5).
À cet égard, nous renvoyons à la recommandation n 26, point b), du Programme d'action relatif à la criminalité organisée, selon laquelle il convient de rendre l'incrimination de blanchiment aussi générale que possible, ainsi qu'au programme de la présidence autrichienne du Conseil, où l'on peut lire (dans le chapitre "Justice et affaires intérieures") que l'Autriche engagera instamment tous les États membres à reconnaître tous les délits graves comme des actes précurseurs du blanchiment de l'argent (amendement 5).
