Teneinde de coördinatie van de bevoegde Belgische autoriteiten die betrokken zijn bij de uitvoering van een verzoek om samenwerking te waarborgen, werd een coördinatiestructuur met de naam Belgian Task Force for the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunals ("BTF ICC-ICT") in het leven geroepen. Krachtens het koninklijk besluit van 17 september 2005 werd het voorzitterschap en de coördinatie ervan toevertrouwd aan de dienst Internationaal Humanitair Recht van de FOD Justitie (13).
Afin d'assurer la coordination des autorités belges compétentes concernées par l'exécution d'une demande de coopération, une structure de coordination appelée Belgian Task Force for the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunals (« BTF ICC-ICT ») avait été mise en place et l'arrêté royal du 17 septembre 2005 en avait confié la présidence et la coordination au service de droit international humanitaire du SPF Justice (13).

Het ontwerp van besluit dat wij de eer hebben aan Uwe Majesteit ter ondertekening voor te leggen, strekt tot vaststelling van de organisatie van de Belgian Task Force for International Criminal Justice (afgekort " BTF ICJ" ), dat de Belgian Task Force for the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunals (afgekort " BTF ICC-ICT" of " BTF ICJ" ) opneemt.
Le projet d'arrêté que nous avons l'honneur de soumettre à la signature de Votre Majesté a pour but de porter organisation de la Belgian Task Force for International Criminal Justice (en abrégé la « BTF ICJ »), qui englobe la Belgian Task Force for the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunals (en abrégé la « BTF ICC-ICT » ou « BTF ICJ »).

Het is tevens belast met de taken van de " Belgian Task Force for the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunals" (afgekort BTF ICC-ICT).
Elle couvre également les tâches de la « Belgian Task Force for the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunals » (en abrégé BTF ICC-ICT).

Er wordt overigens nader bepaald dat de BTF ICJ tevens is belast met de taken toebedeeld aan de " Belgian Task Force for the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunals" , afgekort " BTF ICC-ICT" .
Il est par ailleurs précisé que la BTF ICJ couvre les tâches dévolues à la « Belgian Task Force for the International Criminal Court and the International Criminal Tribunals », en abrégé « BTF ICC-ICT ».

E. overwegende dat de massamoord in Srebrenica als genocide is erkend, zowel door het Internationaal Straftribunaal voor het voormalige Joegoslavië (International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, ICTY) in de uitspraak in beroep, Prosecutor v. Radislav Krstić , zaak nr. IT–99–33 van 19 April 2004, als door het Internationaal Gerechtshof (International Court of Justice, ICJ) in de zaak betreffende de toepassing van het Verdrag inzake de voorkoming en de bestraffing van genocide (Bosnia and Herzegovina v. Serbia and Montenegro) van 27 februari 2007, blz. 127, paragraaf 297;
E. considérant que le massacre de Srebrenica a été reconnu comme un génocide à la fois par le tribunal pénal international pour l'ex-Yougoslavie (TPIY), dans le jugement porté en appel dans l'affaire n° IT-99-33 du 19 avril 2004, Procureur c. Radislav Krstić , et par la Cour internationale de justice, dans l'arrêt du 27 février 2007 dans l'affaire portant sur l'application de la convention pour la prévention et la répression du crime de génocide, Bosnie-Herzégovine c. Serbie et Monténégro (CIJ, p. 127, §297);

13. moedigt Servië aan te blijven samenwerken met het Internationaal Straftribunaal voor het voormalige Joegoslavië (International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, ICTY), de binnenlandse vervolging van oorlogsmisdaden te versterken en zich nog sterker te blijven inzetten voor regionale samenwerking om een einde te maken aan straffeloosheid en om gerechtigheid te geven aan de slachtoffers van oorlogsmisdaden en hun nabestaanden; benadrukt dat alomvattende wetgeving en beleid voor de bescherming van getuigen dringend moeten worden aangenomen om de slachtoffers en hun nabestaanden het recht op herstel te bieden; spreekt nogmaals zijn steun uit voor het REKOM-initiatief;
13. encourage la Serbie à coopérer davantage avec le Tribunal pénal international pour l'ex-Yougoslavie (TPIY), à renforcer les procès nationaux pour crimes de guerre et à continuer à redoubler d'efforts en matière de coopération régionale pour mettre fin à l'impunité et rendre justice aux victimes de crimes de guerre et à leurs familles; souligne la nécessité et l'urgence d'adopter une législation et une politique de portée générale pour la protection des témoins, d'octroyer aux victimes et à leur famille le droit d'obtenir des réparations, réaffirme son soutien à l'initiative REKOM;
