Le troisième amendement italien, qui tend à ajouter au § 4.2 un alinéa nouveau (« Three observers from the Regional legislative assemblies of the European Union shall be invited to ordinary meetings, and may be invited to extraordinary meetings. 22. Instructs the President of the Assembly to forward this recommendation to the Co-presidency of the « the Barcelona Process : Union for the Mediterranean » and its Secretary General, to the Speaker of parliaments and governments of member countries of « the Barcelona Process : Union for the Mediterranean », to the Euro- Mediterranean ministerial Conference of Foreign affairs, to the Presidency of the European Union, to the European Parliament, to the European Commission, as well as to all the institutions concerned.
22. Charge le Président de l'Assemblée de transmettre la présente recommandation à la Co- présidence du « Processus de Barcelone: Union Pour la Méditerranée » et son Secrétaire Général, aux Présidents des Parlements et aux gouvernements des pays membres au « Processus du Barcelone: Union Pour la Méditerranée », à la Conférence Euro- Méditerranéenne des ministres des Affaires Etrangères, à la Présidence de l'Union Européenne, au Parlement Européen, à la Commission Européenne, et à toutes les institutions concernées.

1. The Assembly may adopt resolutions and make recommendations relating to the Union for the Mediterranean for the attention of the Euro-Mediterranean ministerial Conference and the Council of the European Union and the European Commission.
