1) highly supports the objectives of the Marseille Declaration and the commitment of the Euro-Mediterranean states to give particular attention to further promoting academic mobility, enhancing quality assurance mechanisms as well as to issues concerning the recognition of degrees and study periods which may lead to the development of joint degrees between institutions in European and Mediterranean countries;
1) soutient fermement les objectifs de la déclaration de Marseille et l'engagement des pays Euromed à veiller tout particulièrement à continuer d'encourager la mobilité universitaire, de renforcer les mécanismes d'assurance-qualité et d'examiner les questions relatives à la reconnaissance des diplômes et des périodes d'études en vue d'adopter éventuellement des diplômes communs aux institutions des pays européens et méditerranéens;
