5. welcomes the implementation of the regional programme « EuroMed Civil Society 2010-2013 », supported by the European Commission and implemented in collaboration with the EuroMed civil society platform and its partners, and which aims, among other things, to foster the development of civil society in the Sothern Mediterranean; believes that the project will help build the institutional capacity of civil society organisations, with a view to fostering systems for dialogue and collaboration between civil society stakeholders and national, regional and local institutions, and will facilitate the establishment of a network for cooperation and partnership between civil society in the countries of the Northern and Southern Mediterranean;
5. se félicite de la mise en œuvre du programme régional intitulé « Euromed société civile 2010-2013 », promu par la Commission européenne et réalisé en collaboration avec la Plateforme civile Euromed et ses partenaires, et dont l'objectif est de soutenir particulièrement le développement de la société civile du sud de la Méditerranée; estime qu'un tel projet contribuera au renforcement des capacités institutionnelles des organisations de la société civile pour promouvoir les mécanismes de dialogue et de concertation entre les acteurs de la société civile et les institutions nationales, régionales et locales, et favorisera également un réseau de relations de coopération et de partenariat entre la société civile des pays du sud de la Méditerranée et celle du nord;

4. considers the Anna Lindh Foundation report entitled « Euro-Med Intercultural Trends 2010 » and its recommendations to be important policy instruments for civil society stakeholders, public institutions and anyone wishing to see closer links between the two shores of the Mediterranean and mutual respect for cultures;
4. estime que la rapport de la Fondation Anna Lindh sur « les tendances interculturelles Euro-Med 2010 » et ses recommandations servent d'outil d'action important pour les acteurs de la société civile, les institutions publiques et toute personne qui aspire à un rapprochement des populations des deux rives de la Méditerranée et au respect mutuel des cultures;
