5. welcomes the implementation of the regional programme « EuroMed Civil Society 2010-2013 », supported by the European Commission and implemented in collaboration with the EuroMed civil society platform and its partners, and which aims, among other things, to foster the development of civil society in the Sothern Mediterranean; believes that the project will help build the institutional capacity of civil society organisations, with a view to fostering systems for dialogue and collaboration between civil society stakeholders and national, regional and local institutions, and will facilitate the establishment of a network for cooperation and partnership between civil society in the countries of the Northern and Southern Mediterranean;
5. se félicite de la mise en œuvre du programme régional intitulé « Euromed société civile 2010-2013 », promu par la Commission européenne et réalisé en collaboration avec la Plateforme civile Euromed et ses partenaires, et dont l'objectif est de soutenir particulièrement le développement de la société civile du sud de la Méditerranée; estime qu'un tel projet contribuera au renforcement des capacités institutionnelles des organisations de la société civile pour promouvoir les mécanismes de dialogue et de concertation entre les acteurs de la société civile et les institutions nationales, régionales et locales, et favorisera également un réseau de relations de coopération et de partenariat entre la société civile des pays du sud de la Méditerranée et celle du nord;

10. recommends a pragmatic and flexible approach in cooperation between the UfM Parliamentary Assembly and civil society organisations; invites — with a view to creating a permanent, structured relationship between the Assembly and civil society — the Assembly to entrust its Bureaux and the Committees with fostering this relationship or to look into how to set up a specific body for this purpose and the related budgetary implications;
10. recommande une approche pragmatique et flexible de coopération de l'AP-UpM avec les organisations de la société civile; afin d'établir des relations permanentes et structurées entre l'Assemblée et la société civile, invite l'AP-UpM à charger les Bureaux de l'Assemblée et les Commissions de cette relation, ou d'envisager la création d'un organe spécifique pour cette tâche, avec les implications budgétaires correspondantes;

12. Emphasises the need for more in-depth analysis of the role of women's rights in the context of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, with a particular focus on areas requiring improvement and on the increased support that should be provided to civil society organisations working in this field, so that the numerous initiatives under way can receive the assistance they deserve from the EU;

Insiste sur l'importance de continuer à approfondir l´analyse de la place accordée aux droits des femmes dans le partenariat euro-méditerranéen, en insistant notamment sur les améliorations à introduire en la matière et sur le soutien accru qui devrait être apporté aux organisations de la société civile œuvrant en ce domaine, afin que les nombreuses initiatives engagées puissent recevoir de l´UE le soutien qu´elles méritent;

Worden hiermee in het bijzonder bedoeld de ICAO-normen (International Civil Aviation Organisation) betreffende de grenscontrole (de identiteitskaart is in een aantal landen immers ook een document dat reizen mogelijk maakt).
Sont ainsi notamment particulièrement visées les normes ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) relatives au contrôle des frontières (la carte d'identité constituant également un document permettant de voyager dans un certain nombre de pays).

Rekening houdend met de omvang en het mondiale karakter van de luchtvaart-industrie en de invloed daarvan op het milieu neemt de EU maatregelen om de door luchtvaart veroorzaakte uitstoot van broeikasgassen in Europa te reduceren in samenwerking met de internationale gemeenschap via de Internationale Burgerluchtvaartorganisatie (International Civil Aviation Organisation - ICAO) om zo maatregelen met een mondiaal bereik vast te stellen.
Tenant compte de l’importance et du caractère international du secteur de l’aviation, et de son impact sur l’environnement, l’UE agit aux fins de réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre (GES) imputables à l’aviation en Europe, tout en coopérant avec la communauté internationale par le biais de l'Organisation de l'aviation civile internationale (OACI) en vue de prendre des mesures de portée mondiale.

2. Overeenkomstig artikel 1, lid 3, van Verordening (EG) nr. 551/2004 is deze verordening van toepassing in het luchtruim binnen de Europese (ICAO EUR) en Afrikaanse (ICAO AFI) gebieden van de Internationale Organisatie voor de burgerluchtvaart (International Civil Aviation Organisation, ICAO) waarin de lidstaten verantwoordelijk zijn voor de verlening van luchtverkeersdiensten.
2. Conformément à l’article 1er, paragraphe 3, du règlement (CE) no 551/2004, le présent règlement s’applique dans l’espace aérien à l’intérieur des régions européenne (OACI EUR) et africaine (OACI AFI) de l’Organisation de l’aviation civile internationale où les États membres sont responsables de la fourniture de services de circulation aérienne.
