Je ne pense pas que l’ouverture d’un seul chapitre par Présidence reflète l’importance de ce pays et l’engagement des deux côtés. D’autant que nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir un nouveau chapitre durant cette Présidence malgré les nombreux progrès enregistrés, en particulier sur le chapitre 8 qui traite de la concurrence.

Je demande par conséquent qu’il soit modifié conformément à ce dont nous avons déjà convenu. L’amendement oral serait donc formulé comme suit: "Considère que la Commission doit non seulement prendre en compte la situation du marché en appliquant aux professions libérales les dispositions du droit de la concurrence, mais aussi ne pas oublier les aspects sociaux et les tâches d’intérêt public.
