Par la suite, Belgocontrol a encore enregistré quelques autres incidents à propos desquels je vous ai interrogé en commission de l'Infrastructure (Question n° 10902, Compte Rendu Intégral, Chambre, 2015-2016, CRIV 54 COM 401, p. 24) Selon nos informations, les équipements électriques de Brussels Airport et de Belgocontrol auraient été installés par la même entreprise.

Artikel 1. De Staat wordt gemachtigd om ten gunste van Belgocontrol of van de naamloze vennootschap van publiek recht « Brussels International Airport Company », afgekort B.I. A.C. , tegen de voorwaarden bepaald in artikel 3, een recht van opstal te vestigen op de terreinen bedoeld in artikel 26, § 1, 4°, van het koninklijk besluit van 2 april 1998 tot hervorming van de beheersstructuren van de luchthaven Brussel-Nationaal, die van belang zijn voor de exploitatie van hun bedrijf en die niet bezwaard zijn met een recht van vruchtgebruik, opstal of erfpacht ten gunste van derden.
Article 1. L'Etat est autorisé à constituer au profit de Belgocontrol ou de la société anonyme de droit public « Brussels International Airport Company », en abrégé la B.I. A.C. , aux conditions prévues à l'article 3, un droit de superficie sur les terrains visés à l'article 26, § 1, 4°, de l'arrêté royal du 2 avril 1998 portant réforme des structures de gestion de l'aéroport de Bruxelles-National, qui présentent un intérêt pour leur exploitation et qui ne sont pas grevés de droits d'usufruit, de superficie ou d'emphytéose constitués au profit de tiers.
