Bijgevolg wordt het aantal fondsen waaruit bijstand wordt verleend in het kader van het cohesiebeleid, beperkt tot drie, namelijk het Europees Fonds voor Regionale Ontwikkeling (EFRO), het Europees Sociaal Fonds (ESF) en het Cohesiefonds.
Les Fonds intervenant au titre de la politique de cohésion se limitent, par conséquent, au Fonds européen de développement régional (FEDER), au Fonds social européen (FSE) et au Fonds de cohésion.
