Bij patiënten met botmetastasen en een lichte tot matige nierinsufficiëntie voor de start van de behandeling (wordt in deze populatie gedefinieerd als een CLcr van 30-60 ml/min) worden lagere doses van Zoledronic acid Sandoz aanbevolen (zie ook rubriek 4.4):
