TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Yondelis als monotherapie en in combinatieregimes mag niet worden gebruikt bij patiënten met een creatinineklaring < 30 ml/min respectievelijk < 60 ml/min (zie rubriek 4.2).
Les schémas thérapeutiques en monothérapie et en thérapie combinée avec Yondelis ne doivent pas être administrés si la clairance de la créatinine est respectivement inférieure à 30 ml/min et à 60 ml/min (voir rubrique 4.2).

Alle patiënten moeten 30 minuten voor toediening van gepegyleerd liposomaal doxorubicine (bij combinatietherapie) of Yondelis (bij monotherapie) corticosteroïden krijgen, bijvoorbeeld intraveneus 20 mg dexamethason, niet alleen als anti-emetische profylaxe, maar ook omdat dit een leverbeschermende werking heeft.
Tous les patients doivent recevoir des corticostéroïdes par voie intraveineuse (ex. 20 mg de dexaméthasone) 30 minutes avant l’administration de DLP (cas de thérapie combinée) ou de Yondelis (en monothérapie) pour la prévention antiémétique, mais également parce que ce traitement semble avoir des effets hépatoprotecteurs.
