According to the WHO, eight domains have been identified in which this type of action can be taken, i.e. making employers more aware of mental health issues, identifying the common goals and positive aspects of the job, creating a balance between job demand and professional competence, training social competence, improving the psychosocial climate in the work place, giving advice to employees, improving the ability to work as well as strategies for early rehabilitation, improving work opportunities.
Selon l’OMS, huit domaines d’action ont été recensés à cet égard: sensibilisation accrue de l’employeur aux problèmes de santé mentale; identification de buts communs et d’aspects positifs du travail; équilibrage entre la demande d’emploi et les compétences professionnelles; formation aux aptitudes sociales; développement du climat psychosocial du lieu de travail; conseils dispensés aux travailleurs; amélioration de la capacité de travail et stratégies de réadaptation précoce, amélioration des opportunités d’emploi.

Op verschillende fora (onder andere Vaccine Working Party, CHMP, Biologics Working Party-BWP) werd bovendien verder gewerkt om de Preparedness-richtlijnen en voorbereidingsdocumenten te verbeteren.
Dans différents forums (entre autres Vaccine Working Party, CHMP, Biologics Working Party-BWP), les directives et documents de préparation Preparedness ont été encore améliorés.

De werkgroep is per definitie een meer uitgebreide transversale, interdisciplinaire groep en is samengesteld uit de leden van het projectteam plus leden van Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP), Committee for Advanced Therapies (CAT), Paediatric Committee (PDCO) (inclusief voorzitter), PharmacoVigilance Working Party (PhVWP), Scientific Advice Working Party (SAWP) en Co-ordination Group for Mutual Recognition and Decentralised Procedure, human (CMDh).
Le groupe de travail est par définition un groupe interdisciplinaire et transversal plus large, et se compose des membres de l’équipe de projet plus des membres du Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP), Committee for Advanced Therapies (CAT), Paediatric Committee (PDCO) (y compris le président), PharmacoVigilance Working Party (PhVWP), Scientific Advice Working Party (SAWP) et du Co-ordination Group for Mutual Recognition and Decentralised Procedure, human (CMDh).

België is ook actief vertegenwoordigd bij de Immunologicals Working Party (IWP) en de Pharmacovigilance Working Party veterinary (PhVWP-V).
