Asthma bronchiale; ademhalingsdepressie; obstructieve luchtwegaandoeningen; cyanose; overmatige aanwezigheid van bronchussecreet; acute leveraandoening; hersentrauma, verhoogde intracraniale druk; coma; convulsieve aandoeningen; patiënten die met M.A.O.-remmers worden behandeld of korter dan 2 weken tevoren hiermee zijn behandeld; na galwegoperaties en na chirurgische anastomose; ileusverschijnselen; alcoholisme.
Asthme bronchique; dépression respiratoire; bronchopneumopathies obstructives; cyanose; sécrétions bronchiques abondantes; atteinte hépatique aiguë; traumatisme cérébral, augmentation de la pression intracrânienne; coma; maladies convulsives; traitement concomitant (ou remontant à moins de deux semaines) par IMAO; après intervention sur les voies biliaires et après anastomose chirurgicale; iléus; alcoolisme.
