Fludarabine Sandoz bevat Fludarabinefosfaat (2F-ara-AMP), een wateroplosbaar gefluorideerd nucleotide analoog van het antivirale geneesmiddel vidarabine (ara-A,9-β-Darabinofuranosyladenine) dat relatief bestand is tegen desaminering door adenosinedeaminase.
Fludarabine Sandoz contient du phosphate de Fludarabine (2F-ara-AMP), un nucléotide fluoré hydrosoluble analogue de l'agent antiviral vidarabine (ara-A, 9-β-D-arabinofuranosyladénine) qui est relativement résistant à la désamination par l’adénosine désaminase.
