IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Maligniteiten: Bij patiënten die immunosuppressieve behandelingen ondergaan, waarbij een combinatie van geneesmiddelen is betrokken waaronder mycofenolaat mofetil, bestaat een toegenomen risico op het ontwikkelen van lymfomen en andere maligniteiten, vooral van de huid (zie rubriek 4,4). In vergelijkende klinische studies met nier- (2 g gegevens), hart- en levertransplantatiepatiënten die gedurende tenminste 1 jaar werden gevolgd, werd mycofenolaat mofetil toegediend (2 g of 3 g per dag) in combinatie met andere immunosuppressiva; bij 0,6 % van deze patiënten ontwikkelde zich een lymfoproliferatieve ziekte of lymfoom.
