In 6 gevallen ging men ervan uit dat er een verband was met het gebruik van clofarabine, waarbij acute cholecystitis (één voorval), cholelithiasis (één voorval), hepatocellulaire beschadiging (één voorval; patiënt is overleden (zie hierboven)) en hyperbilirubinemie (één voorval; patiënt staakte de therapie (zie hierboven)) als ernstig werden beschouwd.
