Het koninklijk besluit van 19 januari 2010, bekendgemaakt in het Belgisch Staatsblad van 8 maart 2010 en van toepassing vanaf 1 mei 2010, schrapt de verstrekkingen 687735-687746 en 687750-687761 en de non-cumul regel betreffende de spraakprothesen in artikel 35, opschrift O.R.L, categorie 2 en voegt de verstrekkingen 680912-680923 en 680934-680945 in categorie 3 in.
L’arrêté royal du 19 janvier 2010, publié au Moniteur belge du 8 mars 2010 et d’application au 1 er mai 2010, supprime à l’article 35, intitulé O.R.L, catégorie 2, les prestations 687735-687746 et 687750-687761 concernant les prothèses de parole ainsi que la règle de non-cumul et insère les prestations 680912-680923 et 680934-680945 en catégorie.

Het hoofdstuk “SUPPLEMENTEN EN CUMULS” van de overeenkomsten (de Art. 14 en 15) voorziet onder meer dat er cumul met welbepaalde verstrekkingen uit de nomenclatuur van geneeskundige zorgen toegelaten is, met andere dan weer verboden.
Le chapitre “SUPPLEMENTS ET CUMULS” des conventions (les Art. 14 et 15) prévoit notamment l’autorisation du cumul avec certaines prestations de la nomenclature des soins de santé et l’interdiction de cumul avec d’autres.

Dit weerspiegelt enerzijds de mogelijkheid tot cumul met “voor de niet gehospitaliseerde rechthebbende, de raadplegingen bedoeld in artikel 2, I van de bijlage bij het koninklijk besluit van 14 september 1984 tot vaststelling van de nomenclatuur van de geneeskundige verstrekkingen inzake verplichte verzekering voor geneeskundige verzorging en uitkeringen, voor de gehospitaliseerde rechthebbende, de toezichts-honoraria bedoeld in artikel 25, §§ 1 of 3 van de bijlage bij voornoemd koninklijk besluit, en voor elke rechthebbende, de technische verstrekkingen bedoeld in artikel 3, § 1, van de bijlage bij voornoemd koninklijk besluit, ”.
D’une part ceci reflète la possibilité de cumul “pour le bénéficiaire non hospitalisé, les consultations au sens de l'article 2, I, de l'annexe à l'arrêté royal du 14 septembre 1984 établissant la nomenclature des prestations de santé en matière d'assurance obligatoire contre la maladie et l'invalidité et pour le bénéficiaire hospitalisé les honoraires de surveillance au sens de l'article 25, §§ 1 er ou 3 de l'annexe à l'arrêté royal précité, ainsi que pour tout bénéficiaire les prestations techniques au sens de l'article 3, § 1 er , de l'annexe à l'arrêté royal précité, .”.
