Anomalies des examens biologiques En cas d’anomalies de la numération-formule sanguine ou de paramètres fonctionnels hépatiques, la décision clinique de poursuivre l’administration du stiripentol ou d’en adapter la dose en même temps que celle du clobazam et du valproate de sodium doit être prise au cas par cas en prenant en compte les bénéfices et risques cliniques éventuels (voir rubrique 4.4).
