Deze klinische proef zal de veiligheid, tolerantie en immuunrespons van het therapeutisch vaccin THV01 nagaan bij patiënten geïnfecteerd met het HIV-1 virus (clade B) en in behandeling met HAART (“highly active antiretroviral therapy”).
L’objectif de cet essai est d’étudier la sécurité, la tolérabilité et la réponse immunitaire du vaccin thérapeutique THV01 chez les patients infectés par le virus HIV-1 (clade B) et sous traitement HAART (“traitement antirétroviral hautement actif”).
