Tweedegraads atrioventriculair blok werd waargenomen bij minder dan 0,5% van de patiënten op 0,5 mg Gilenya.
Un bloc auriculo-ventriculaire du deuxième degré a été détecté chez moins de 0,5 % des patients sous Gilenya 0,5 mg.

Lanoxin is tegenaangewezen in geval van volledig intermitterend hartblok of van tweedegraads atrioventriculair blok, in het bijzonder bij antecedenten van Adams-Stokes aanvallen.
Lanoxin est contre-indiqué en cas de bloc cardiaque complet intermittent ou de bloc auricoventriculaire de second degré, tout particulièrement s’il existe des antécédents de crises d’Adams- Stokes.

Hoewel de meeste patiënten hiervoor geen medische interventie nodig hadden, kreeg één patiënt op 0,5 mg Gilenya isoprenaline toegediend voor asymptomatische tweedegraads Mobitz I atrioventriculaire blok.
Bien qu’une intervention médicale n’ait pas été nécessaire chez la majorité des patients, un patient sous Gilenya 0,5 mg a reçu de l’isoprénaline pour un bloc auriculo-ventriculaire asymptomatique du deuxième degré de type Mobitz I.
