In een update van de Cochrane review waarin thiënopyridines (clopidogrel, ticlopidine) in monotherapie werden vergeleken met acetylsalicylzuur bij cardiovasculaire hoogrisicopatiënten werd een subgroepanalyse uitgevoerd bij patiënten die reeds een cerebrovasculair accident of transient ischaemic attack doormaakten.
Dans une mise à jour de la revue Cochrane ayant comparé les thiénopyridines (clopidogrel, ticlopidine) en monothérapie à l’acide acétylsalicylique chez des patients à risque cardiovasculaire élevé, une analyse de sous-groupe a été effectuée chez les patients ayant déjà eu un accident vasculaire cérébral ou un accident ischémique transitoire.
