TEPADINA is geïndiceerd in combinatie met andere chemotherapeutische geneesmiddelen: 1) met of zonder totale lichaamsbestraling, als voorbereidende behandeling voorafgaand aan allogene of autologe hematopoëtische stamceltransplantatie (HPCT) bij hematologische ziekten bij volwassenen en pediatrische patiënten; 2) wanneer een hoge dosis chemotherapie ondersteund met HPCT voldoende is voor de behandeling van vaste tumoren bij volwassenen en pediatrische patiënten.
TEPADINA est indiqué, en association avec d’autres chimiothérapies: 1) avec ou sans irradiation corporelle totale (TBI), comme traitement de conditionnement préalable à une greffe allogénique ou autologue de cellules souches hématopoïétiques (GCSH), dans les maladies hématologiques de patients adultes et pédiatriques; 2) lorsqu’une chimiothérapie intensive avec support d’une GCSH est appropriée pour le traitement de tumeurs solides chez les patients adultes et pédiatriques.
