Inductie van immunotolerantie (ITI) Er zijn gegevens verzameld over inductie van immunotolerantie bij patiënten met hemofilie A die remmers (antilichamen) tegen FVIII hadden ontwikkeld. Er is een retrospectieve review uitgevoerd bij 40 patiënten en 39 patiënten werden opgenomen in een prospectieve, onderzoeker-geïnitieerde klinische studie.
