Het mogelijke risico op cardiotoxiciteit kan toenemen bij patiënten die tegelijk cardiotoxica hebben gekregen (bv. 5-fluorouracil, cyclofosfamide, cisplatine, taxanen), of gelijktijdige (of voorafgaande) radiotherapie in het mediastinale gebied.
L’éventuel risque de cardiotoxicité peut s’élever chez les patients qui sont concomitamment traités par des agents cardiotoxiques (p. ex., 5-fluoro-uracil, cyclophosphamide, cisplatine, taxanes) ou qui subissent (ou ont antérieurement subi) une radiothérapie de la région médiastinale.
