Tacrolimus: bij levertransplantatiepatiënten bij wie de behandeling met mycofenolaat mofetil en tacrolimus werd ingesteld, werden de AUC en C max van MPA, de actieve metaboliet van mycofenolaat mofetil, niet significant beïnvloed bij gelijktijdige toediening van tacrolimus.
Tacrolimus : Chez les patients transplantés hépatiques qui avaient démarré le mycophénolate mofétil et le tacrolimus, l'AUC et la C max du MPA, le métabolite actif du mycophénolate mofétil, n'ont pas été affectés de manière significative par la coadministration du tacrolimus.
