It is these organisations’ experience that these students are not sufficiently aware of how sensitive this topic really is. These experiences show that there are different ways in which post-hospital follow-up care can be provided to suicidal patients and that it is of crucial importance that there should be a system set in place that ensures that this is indeed the case.
