TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In klinische onderzoeken met pazopanib, heeft zich veneuze trombo-embolie waaronder veneuze trombose en fatale longembolie voorgedaan. Hoewel dit werd waargenomen in zowel RCC- als STSonderzoeken, was de incidentie hoger in de STS-populatie (5%) dan in de RCC-populatie (2%).
Micro-angiopathie thrombotique Des cas de micro-angiopathie thrombotique (MAT) ont été rapportés dans les essais cliniques réalisés avec le pazopanib en monothérapie, en association avec le bevacizumab, ainsi qu'en association avec le topotécan (voir rubrique 4.8).

Congestief hartfalen werd gemeld bij 2 van de 382 patiënten (0,5%) in de STS-populatie.
