In geval van atriumfibrillatie bij patiënten die lijden aan het syndroom van Wollf-Parkinson-White, wordt Sotalex afgeraden vanwege het risico op een verhoogd ventriculair hartritme.
En cas de fibrillation auriculaire chez des patients atteints du syndrome de Wolf-Parkinson-White, le Sotalex est déconseillé en raison de forte augmentation du rythme ventriculaire.
