Verhoogde plasmaconcentraties van sildenafil. Daardoor wordt de kans op met sildenafil samenhangende bijwerkingen (waaronder hypotensie en syncope) verhoogd.
Augmentation des concentrations plasmatiques de sildénafil et par conséquent, augmentation du risque d’effets indésirables liés au sildénafil (notamment hypotension et syncope).
