Septische shock: Er werden soms gevallen van septische shock, waarvan er enkele fataal werden, gemeld in klinische studies en bij de ervaringen na het in de handel brengen, bij patiënten die werden behandeld hetzij met monotherapie of met gecombineerde therapie.
