Les praticiens sont tenus de mettre les images radiodiagnostiques et les protocoles de lecture à disposition de tout médecin consulté par le patient; d) les expositions médicales à des fins de recherche biomédicale et médicale sont examinées, quant à leur justification, par le comité d’éthique accompagnant cette recherche, en application des dispositions de l’arrêté royal du 12 août 1994 modifiant l’arrêté royal du 23 octobre 1964 fixant les normes auxquelles les hôpitaux et leurs services doivent répondre; les praticiens assurant la responsabilité clinique pour les expositions médicales à des fins de recherche biomédicale et médicale sont tenus de prendre en considération les recommandations européennes en la matière; e) une attention particulière est accordée à la justification des expositions à des fins médicales qui ne présentent pas un avantage médical direct pour la personne qui les subit et plus particulièrement des expositions requises dans le cadre de procédures médico-légales.
