Als producent of importeur van een voorwerp hebt u alleen te maken met de CLP-verordening als u een ontplofbaar voorwerp produceert of importeert zoals dit is beschreven in CLP-bijlage I, punt 2.1, of als artikel 7 of 9 van REACH voorziet in de registratie of kennisgeving van een stof die zich in een voorwerp bevindt.
