In peri- en postnataal onderzoek bij ratten werden dystocia, toegenomen foetale sterfte in utero en toxiciteit op postnatale ontwikkeling (pup lichaamsgewicht en ontwikkelingsmijlpalen) waargenomen bij systemische blootstellingsniveaus die tot 11 keer hoger waren dan de AUC 0-24h van de vrije plasmaconcentratie bij MRHD.
Dans des études peri et post-natales chez les rats, une dystocie, une augmentation de morts fœtales in utero et une toxicité sur le développement post-natal (faible poids corporel et développement retardé) et ont été observées à des niveaux d’exposition systémique allant jusqu’à 11 fois l’AUC 0-24h de la concentration plasmatique libre à la dose maximale recommandée chez l’homme.
