Bij patiënten die worden behandeld met coumarine-anticoagulantia (bv. fenprocoumon of warfarine), is het dan ook raadzaam om de patiënt onder toezicht te houden en de PTT (protrombinetijd)/INR (International Normalised Ratio) te controleren als Yoevid 20 mg maagsapresistente tabletten wordt gestart, stopgezet of onregelmatig wordt ingenomen.
En conséquence, chez les patients traités par des anticoagulants coumariniques (par exemple phenprocoumone ou warfarine), le suivi du taux de prothrombine / INR est recommandé au début et à l’arrêt du traitement, ou en cas d’administration intermittente de pantoprazole.
