Het is in veel ziekenhuizen de realiteit dat een PSO moet gemeld worden aan verschillende diensten met telkens de bijbehorende formulieren (bv. in het EHBOregister of ander register in spoeddienst, aan de personeelsdienst voor de arbeidsongevallenverzekering, in de EPINet TM -surveillance bij de preventiedienst of dienst voor ziekenhuishygiëne en mogelijks ook nog bij de arbeidsgeneesheer).
C’est un fait que, dans de nombreux hôpitaux, un AES doit être signalé à différents services avec à chaque fois les formulaires correspondants (p.ex. : dans le registre des premiers soins ou un autre registre aux urgences, au service du personnel pour l’assurance accident du travail, dans la surveillance EPINet TM auprès du service de prévention ou du service d’hygiène hospitalière et éventuellement encore auprès du médecin du travail).
