Bij patiënten die IVIg-therapie kregen, is acute nierinsufficiëntie gerapporteerd. Dit zijn onder meer acuut nierfalen, acute tubulaire necrose, proximale tubulaire nefropathie en osmotische nefrose.
Des cas d’insuffisance rénale aiguë ont été rapportés chez des patients suivant une thérapie à base d’IgIV, notamment : insuffisance rénale aiguë, nécrose tubulaire aiguë, néphropathie tubulaire proximale et néphrose osmotique.
