Art. 6. In geval het gaat om een inrichting die, na een eventuele aanpassing zoals bedoeld in artikel 4, derde lid, in toepassing van artikel 5 het evaluatie-instrument op problematische wijze of op significante wijze verkeerd toegepast, berekent de Dienst de financiële weerslag van de discordantie.
Art. 6. Si, en application de l'article 5, une institution, après une éventuelle adaptation telle que visée à l'article 4, alinéa 3, applique de manière problématique ou erronément l'instrument d'évaluation, le Service calcule l'incidence financière de la discordance.
