Deze gegevens worden opgedeeld in vier groepen: coronaire anatomie (aan de hand van verschillende schema’s duidt de gebruiker de coronaire segmenten aan die behandeld zullen worden), informatie en medicatie (oorspronkelijke of bijkomende ingreep – er kunnen meerdere ingrepen per hospitalisatie zijn –, datum en uur PCI, indicatie voor percutane coronaire interventie, indicatie in geval van bijkomende ingreep, toegediend contrastvolume, aspirine, andere aggregatieremmer, opnameperiode, angiox – bivalirudine –, fondaparinux, anti Vitamine K, GP IIb/IIIa inhibitor, niet-gefractioneerde heparine, heparine met laag moleculair gewicht, inotrope middelen, andere geneesmiddelen), resultaten (voor elk geselecteerd segment van de coronaire anatomie, stenttrombose, intra-stent restenosis, Medina-classificatie, coronair debiet vóór PCA (TIMI), coronair debiet na PCA (TIMI), stenose na PCA (%), balloncatheter (ja/nee + aantal), BMS (ja/nee + aantal + identificatiecode), DES (ja/nee + aantal + identificatiecode), andere types (ja/nee + aantal + studie), max. diameter van de ballon, totale behandelde lengte), details PCA (operator 1, operator 2, intern procedurenummer, type PCA, percutane arteriële ingreep, gebruikt diagnoseinstrument, gebruikt therapeutisch instrument, periprocedurale complicaties – patiënt en coronaria –;
Celles-ci sont réparties en quatre groupes: anatomie coronaire (par différents schémas, l’utilisateur désigne les segments coronaires qui seront traités), information et médication (intervention initiale ou supplémentaire – il peut y avoir plusieurs interventions par hospitalisation –, date et heure PCI, indication pour intervention coronaire percutanée, indication si intervention supplémentaire, volume de contraste administré, aspirine, autre inhibiteur plaquettaire, délai d’admission, angiox – bivalirudine –, fondaparinux, anti Vitamine K, inhibiteur GP IIb/IIIa, héparine non fractionnée, héparine à bas poids moléculaire, agents inotropes, autres médicaments), résultats (pour chaque segment sélectionné dans anatomie coronaire, il faut thrombose du stent, resténose intra-stent, classification Medina, le débit coronaire avant ACP (TIMI), Débit coronaire après ACP (TIMI),Sténose après ACP (%), Cathéter ballon (oui/non + nombre), BMS (oui/non + nombre + code d’identification), DES (oui/non + nombre + code d’identification), Autres types (oui/non + nombre + étude), Diamètre max du ballon, Longueur totale traitée), détails ACP (opérateur 1, opérateur 2, numéro de procédure interne, type ACP, abord artériel percutané, instrument diagnostique utilisé, instrument thérapeutique utilisé, complications périprocédurales – patient et coronaires –;
