TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Op basis van de beperkte gegevens uit de fase III-studie RE-LY bij patiënten met atriumfibrilleren is waargenomen dat bij het gelijktijdige gebruik van andere orale of parenterale anticoagulantia de incidentie van majeure bloedingen met zowel dabigatran etexilaat als warfarine ongeveer 2,5 maal verhoogd wordt. Dit is vooral gerelateerd aan situaties waarbij omzetting van het ene naar het andere anticoagulans plaatsvindt (zie rubriek 4.3).
A partir des données limitées recueillies dans l’étude de phase III RE-LY chez des patients présentant une fibrillation atriale, il a été observé que l’administration concomitante d’autres anticoagulants par voie orale ou parentérale augmente les taux de saignement majeur à la fois avec le dabigatran etexilate et la warfarine, d’environ 2,5-fois, principalement en cas de changement d’un anticoagulant pour un autre (voir rubrique 4.3).

Nadroparine moet met voorzichtigheid worden toegediend aan patiënten die orale anticoagulantia krijgen, (gluco)-corticoïden krijgen of Dextran 40 langs parenterale weg krijgen.

Aggrastat wordt niet aanbevolen bij een thrombolytische behandeling, gelijktijdig of binnen de 48 uren voorafgaand aan de toediening van tirofiban hydrochloride of bij gelijktijdig gebruik van geneesmiddelen die op aanzienlijke wijze het risico op bloedingen doen toenemen (bijvoorbeeld orale anticoagulantia, andere GP II/IIIa inhibitoren via parenterale weg, dextraan oplossingen).
