Preventie van CMV-infecties bij patiënten die een beenmergtransplantatie ondergaan hebben: 500mg/m 2 lichaamsoppervlakte, 3-maal per dag om de 8 uur, te beginnen 5 dagen voor de transplantatie en waarbij de behandeling wordt voortgezet tot 30 dagen na de transplantatie.
Prévention des infections à CMV chez les patients ayant subi une transplantation de moelle osseuse : 500 mg/m 2 de surface corporelle, 3 fois par jour, toutes les 8 heures, en commençant 5 jours avant la transplantation et en poursuivant le traitement jusqu'à 30 jours après la transplantation.
