In dit jaarverslag bundelt de naam ‘Stichting tegen Kanker’ alle activiteiten en rekeningen van Stichting tegen Kanker, stichting van openbaar nut, en drie vzw’s: de ‘Belgische Vereniging voor Kankerbestrijding’, de ‘Belgische Federatie tegen Kanker’ en het ‘Œuvre Belge du Cancer’.
Dans ce rapport, l’appellation « Fondation » regroupe l’ensemble des activités et des comptes de la Fondation contre le Cancer, fondation d’utilité publique, et de trois ASBL : l’Association Belge contre le Cancer, la Fédération Belge contre le Cancer et l’Œuvre Belge du Cancer.

Ons statuut van stichting van openbaar nut onderwerpt ons ook aan de wet van 2 mei 2002. Deze stipuleert onder andere de aspecten voor het beheer, controle en nut in de civiele maatschappij van stichtingen van openbaar nut.
