Autres réactions indésirables: Les réactions indésirables, probablement ou potentiellement liées au mycophénolate mofétil et signalées chez ≥�1/10 et chez ≥1/100 à < 1/10 des patients traités par mycophénolate mofétil dans les essais cliniques contrôlés impliquant des receveurs de transplantation rénale (données portant sur 2 g), cardiaque et hépatique sont mentionnées dans le tableau suivant.

Ademhalingsstelsel-, borstkas- en mediastinumaandoeningen: Er zijn geïsoleerde meldingen van interstitiële longziekte en pulmonaire fibrose bij patiënten die met mycofenolaat mofetil werden behandeld in combinatie met andere immunosuppressiva, in sommige gevallen met fatale afloop.
Affections respiratoires, thoraciques et médiastinales : Quelques cas isolés de maladie pulmonaire interstitielle et de fibrose pulmonaire ont été rapportés chez des patients traités par le mycophénolate mofétil en association avec d’autres immunosuppresseurs, dont certains ont été d’issue fatale.

Op zichzelf staande gevallen van morfologisch afwijkende neutrofielen, waaronder verworven Pelger- Huët anomalie, zijn waargenomen bij patiënten die met mycofenolaat mofetil werden behandeld.
Des cas isolés de morphologie anormale des neutrophiles, dont l’anomalie de Pelger-Huet, ont été observés chez des patients traités par le mycophénolate mofétil.

Bloed- en lymfestelselaandoeningen: Gevallen van pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) zijn gemeld bij patiënten die met mycofenolaat mofetil werden behandeld (zie rubriek 4.4).
