Telmisartan bindt zich selectief aan de AT1-receptor en vertoont geen affiniteit voor andere receptoren, waaronder AT2 of andere minder goed gekarakteriseerde AT-receptoren.
Le telmisartan se fixe sélectivement au récepteur AT1 et ne montre pas d’affinité pour d’autres récepteurs, notamment pour les récepteurs AT2 ou d’autres récepteurs AT moins bien caractérisés.
