Patiënten die tegelijkertijd behandeld worden met tacrolimus en metronidazol moeten gevolgd worden (toename risico tacrolimus toxiciteit: nefrotoxiciteit, hyperglycemie, hyperkaliëmie).
Les patients sous traitement concomitant de tacrolimus et de métronidazole doivent être suivis (risque accru de toxicité du tacrolimus: néphrotoxicité, hyperglycémie, hyperkaliémie).
