In een gerandomiseerd gecontroleerd onderzoek was bij patiënten die MEPACT plus chemotherapie kregen de incidentie van myeloïde maligniteit (acute myeloïde leukemie/myelodysplastisch syndroom) gelijk aan die bij patiënten die alleen chemotherapie kregen (ongeveer 2,5%).
Dans un essai contrôlé randomisé, l’incidence de la tumeur maligne myéloïde (leucémie myéloïde aiguë/syndrome myélodysplasique) était identique chez les patients recevant MEPACT et une chimiothérapie et chez les patients recevant uniquement une chimiothérapie (environ 2,5 %).
