De meest gangbare geobserveerde bijwerkingen van het gebruik van thalidomide in combinatie met melfalan en prednison zijn: neutropenie, leukopenie, constipatie, slaperigheid, paresthesie, perifere neuropathie, anemie, lymfopenie, trombocytopenie, duizeligheid, dysesthesie, tremor en perifeer oedeem.
Les effets indésirables les plus fréquemment observés chez les patients ayant reçu du thalidomide en association au melphalan et à la prednisone sont : neutropénie, leucopénie, constipation, somnolence, paresthésie, neuropathie périphérique, anémie, lymphopénie, thrombocytopénie, vertiges, dysesthésie, tremblements et œdème périphérique.
