Situaties of aandoeningen waarbij de vermoeidheid zich in de regel na zekere tijd herstelt (bijvoorbeeld zwangerschap tot 3 maanden post-partum, borstvoeding, zware heelkundige ingreep tot 6 maanden na de operatie, kleine heelkundige ingreep tot 3 maanden na de operatie, ernstige infecties zoals sepsis of pneumonie tot 3 maanden na herstel).
b) Conditions qui se sont résolues (par exemple grossesse jusqu’à 3 mois postpartum, allaitement, intervention chirurgicale majeure jusqu’à 6 mois postopération, intervention chirurgicale mineure jusqu’à 3 mois post-opération, infections majeures telles qu’état septique ou pneumonie jusqu’à 3 mois postrésolution)
